In a big way...I've had multi-part interviews, technical interviews all go great, only to meet with (what seemed to me) resistance upon actually meeting me face to face. I am not a baby face by any stretch (keep yer comments to yerself), when they realize they are dealing with someone who's 15-20 years their junior, my credibility goes out the window. "Ageism", plain and simple.
