For security, I intentionally run an easily hackable wep key on the network, on the assumption that relying on enhanced wireless security will probably end in tears - si that keeps me focussed on security. Anyone who hacks in can access the internet, albeit as a pretty slow rate.
The servers are all hidden from the wireless net behind a VPN. It's a simple and robust model...
