Go here and d/l the appropriate .torrent file for your needs
and architecture

http://torrent.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/releases/precise/release/

Install a bittorrent client appropriate to your current o/s.
Import the file which has the fewest errors into your bittorrent client.
(As counted by the checking function in the bittorrent client)

Set the client running.

In a much shorter time and traffic volume than you would need for yet
another complete d/l your existing file will be fixed.
