Make sure that both the writeable CD and the lens in the CD / DVD drive are
both spotlessly  clean.

Then check that the md5sum of the  data on the CD / DVD is good.

If it is, and the CDs ( this and other ones ) remain obstinately unbootable
you probably have BIOS setting problems.
