Can be done easily from my Galaxy S2, there are numerous ssh apps in Play. You'd want a large screen - not compatible with cheap.

It's a bit awkward - small text and screen height, no obvious equivalents for "up arrow" or "ctrl + r" I make frequent use of, though I've not looked into it greatly.
