Strange - I have installed, and have been using 4.1.20 on both 32-bit
and 64-bit Windows 7 systems without problems - obviously to run Linux
systems that are very much needed to make up for the lack of
functionality of Windows and the respective applications in some
areas (-:
Do you have administrator rights?
