I have a couple laptops which need work.

They're NVidia GPUs which have a documented habit of breaking the BGA solder between the IC and the mainboard. Caused by excessive heat, insufficient cooling, and specifically the lead-free solder used does not have as much elasticity as old fashioned lead based solder.

So I need someone with the equipment to reflow (remelt) or reball (remove the solder, clean and resolder) the IC.

Does anyone have access to this kind of gear?
