What time of day?
I live in St Martins, but I won't be home.
If you sit outside my back door with a laptop you'll be able to connect.
I'd have to text or email you the PSK.
Wife may or may not be home, but if I let the neighbours know that a
geek with a laptop is going to sit outside then you won't be arrested.

No power, so your device will need to be charged in advance.
