Unless you made some really silly use of mount points and raync target directories, all the stuff is in a single directory, just on the wrong disk. Delete that nad you're running again, so maybe you want to restart a few services. Btw I can really only recommend to use rsnapshot, it has too many advantages. It would probably have errored out on this one as a sdide effect.
