Snap have been saying they'll offer a static IPv6 prefix, but they still
don't last I checked.

We have a static IPv4 because its really handy to not lose IRC connections
due to TCP/IP resilience despite the router rebooting. ( The same benefit
is hard to get with a chaning IPv4 address )
