Hi,
I did the same for my area. It does not appear to be possible to get an answer for after June this year.

Can anyone give me an idea on the hope and plans for enable post June this year? I mean - I see them doing streets near where I live. surely - my street is soon?

Cheers,
 Derek.

I checked the status of the Enable rollout in our area last week. (Cables have been laid just around the corner) but no ETA for our street yet. Very frustrating.

Fair call - Yes, cable is a possibility. However we work for an
    RSP so
we can do a whole lot more with the connection on fibre.

Cable tops out at 100/20 or 200/20, whereas we can do 100/100 on fibre
    with more coming.
Can also get a high-priority channel of 2.5 or 5 Mbit on fibre.
Cable also doesn't allow us all the cool tricks of multiple dialers.

And the biggest downside, Cable doesn't offer IPv6, whereas our UFB
offering is native IPv6 with whatever sized prefix you want.
    Personally I have a /60 and a /64 for myself at home, but we're
    happy to
issue a static prefix of /56, or even a /48 if you sound convincing.

I've had a few enquiries but most have been people in the same
situation, where fibre won't be available for years.
