Technical support might still be valuable to newcomers along the way
Derek suggests. Showing someone goes a lot further than lots of words.
Showing how to solve a problem is much more educational than posting the
answer on a mailing list. However it assumes 2 things: We know what
newcomers are looking for in terms of help, and enough advanced users
are available for providing that help.
