I am sure many of you have had to deal with Spark's port 25 block, a
spam security measure that they implemented late last year. The problem
is how to send email from a different host's email account, using email
client software, while connected to Spark network.
Spark's advice page says they will unblock port 25 for the local
network address upon request. If that network is only on during business
hours, which at least makes it invisible to attack most of the time, is
there any great risk that list members have observed from getting port
25 unblocked?
