13" seems to be about all there is in any reasonable spec.
I just bought a Dell XPS13 (came with Windows, I think they only ever
sold the pre-installed Ubuntu in the US)(currently still with Windows
on it, while it's going through the breaking-in period, so don't ask
me about BIOS stuff yet)

TBH if all you're looking for is something with that amount of power,
I'd be looking for an Android powered pad. Many have cases with built-in
keyboards to aid use.
Of course, whether you can get all the stuff you're after is another
matter, and now Cyanogen's gone all corporate, I can't comment on decent
vanilla OS alternatives having not researched lately. But you will get
GPS, accelerometers, cameras, etc as well!
