Try a quick game of darts - current coworker does this and it works for him. Darts combines some physical movement with standing, and frees the subconscious to work on the problem without overt interference from the forebrain. Plus somewhat satisfies the interim need for a tube-shape in the hand. Just don't try and inhale from a dart. However lighting and throwing one could also be excellent relaxation therapy. A desk-friendly version of this is the tangle-toy http://www.tanglecreations.com/ or a folded SATA cable. -- Criggie http://criggie.org.nz/ _______________________________________________ Linux-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.canterbury.ac.nz/mailman/listinfo/linux-users
