There was mention in a recent mailing list post about the CLUG domain and web site. Here is the current situation;
The CLUG has registered the domain clug.org.nz. Previously the costs of registration have been sponsored by Discount Domains. A couple of years ago they ceased this sponsorship. Since then I have paid the registration costs out of my own pocket. The CLUG web site is hosted and sponsored by Discount Domains associated web hosting company Umbrellar. The domain comes up for renewal in August. Prior to that date I intend to consult with the senior members(Greybeards) of the CLUG if they wish to continue with both the domain and the web site.
