No. I just insist average Japanese people cannot read Chinese
character of U+76F4. This is a fact.
Instead, your opinion I quoted above is ideological.
You can check U+76F4 at

but I think you cannot judge whether average Japanese people
can read chinese version or not, unless interviewing many
native Japanese people. I showed this page just FYI.
