... for those pages which use only the macros in this package and no
lower-level primitives, and also don't define their own macros. Then
it's possible to convert, yes.

But many man pages (e.g. XmbDrawString.3x.gz) add their private macros
at the top, which obviously the man2html converter can't know about.
