Yes.  That was one of the main design criteria for the RENDER exten-
sion (partial and incremental uploading).

Tou may want to use lazy font loading even with RENDER, as opening a
font still requires parsing its header and uses up a client-side
filehandle.  It's infinitely more efficient than with core fonts,
though.
