This happens occationally, which is why I have maintained the Linux
zone. However, a character being in a widely used terminal like VTxxx
and not in Unicode is probably a reason to submit a formal Character
Request to Unicode; they recently added the ladder scan codes which
Linux for a long time used U+F800 to U+F804 for.
