Or, you could just wait a few weeks and use the open source software  
package I'm about to wrap up. Free, GPL, and can do at least as much. In  
the meantime, there's other ways to capture audio and video for free, one  
of them being GStreamer.

Luca's software has a history of not being compatible with all drivers and  
his drivers have a history of only working with his own application. So I  
suggest using other software.

Also, I don't think a developer list like this one is the right place to  
announce commercial software.
