Tamagawa,
Spca5xx become gspca for the v4l2 support, gspca is under construction and at
the moment with two branchs :
gspcav1 v4l1 support
gspcav2 v4l2 support
Seem your webcam is supported by gspcav2, download the whole package here:
http://mxhaard.free.fr/spca50x/Investigation/Gspca/
You can then test it with luvcview :)
