Thank you very much Michel, it worked!!

I want to make MPEG4 camera using Fedora Core 5 + Qcam IM.
Now Qcam IM is working fine, luvcview displayes the picture.

Half a day ago, I was standing in front of a shop,
without being able to make the decision if I should buy
Qcam Fusion or things like that, which is expensive but
clearly supported by uvc.

You saved poor person's money, Michel :)

Still I have a problem with MPEG4IP's mp4live - it says
'Failed to open /dev/video0: Device or resource busy'.

I don't understand why. fuser says mp4live is using /dev/video0.
But this is another story.
