Hi, I cannot get my iSight in an early 2006 MacBook working.
In dmesg I get the following: # dmesg | grep uvc -i uvcvideo: iSight: firmware successfully loaded. uvcvideo: Found UVC 0.00 device <unnamed> (05ac:8300) uvcvideo: No valid video chain found. usbcore: registered new interface driver uvcvideo uvcvideo: iSight: firmware already loaded. uvcvideo: Found UVC 1.00 device Built-in iSight (05ac:8501) uvcvideo: Failed to query (135) UVC control 1 (unit 0) : -32 (exp. 26). Trying to use lucview I get: # ./luvcview luvcview version 0.2.1 Video driver: x11 A window manager is available video /dev/video0 Unable to set format: 22. Init v4L2 failed !! exit fatal I am running uvcvideo-kmp-default-r117_2.6.22.1_10-2 from openSUSE. What can I do to try to get this working?
