Hi Thomas,
Yes, 6% is not much on a desktop, but it would be to much for a weak
200MHz Mipsel CPU :-) In M-JPEG mode it already works well on weak
hardware supported by OpenWRT.
I rechecked --yuv and -r and added more resolutions. Is there everything
ok with the command line invocation? It is very important to set the
quote signs properly.
The parameters for the input plugin are (as of rev #30):
[-d | --device ].......: video device to open (your camera)
[-r | --resolution ]...: 160x120 QSIF 176x144 QCIF
320x240 QVGA 352x288 CIF
432x240 480x360 512x288 640x360
640x480 VGA 704x576 864x480
960x720 1024x576 1280x960 SXGA
[-f | --fps ]..........: frames per second
[-y | --yuv ]..........: enable YUYV format and disable MJPEG mode
[-q | --quality ]......: JPEG compression quality in percent
(activates YUYV format, disables MJPEG)
Kind regards,
Tom
