Yes.  That was _completely_ my problem (I copy-pasted out of gmail
without deleting all the '\n's).  Sorry.

I think no matter how many resolutions mjpeg-streamer supports, there
will still be cameras with different resolutions.  Mine does six of
the resolutions on that list, plus 1280x800 (according to luvcview
-L).  However, it looks like you're using 1280x960 as SXGA?  According
to Wikipedia, SXGA is 1280x1024.  So I wrote a patch to support any
resolution ^_^
