I'm trying to get this webcam working : Bus 007 Device 003: ID 041e:4055 Creative Technology, Ltd
This ID (4055) is found on various forum threads / mail archives and no clue about what driver to use (I tried gspca, uvc, pwc, .... every single driver I could lay my hands on). Some threads end with a "wait and see" style note. I had a lot of hopes when I saw that a lot of webcams with IDs very close to this one were supported, but I guess I'm out of luck. Is there any way I could provide some help for any driver project out there ? Provide a USB sniff dump on Windows ? Thank you Kind regards, -- Olivier Revelin
