The camera itself doesn't support MJPEG. That's not really an issue, as Ekiga 
is supposed to support YUV.

As your camera works with luvcview, I don't think the driver (or the camera) 
can be blamed here. It looks like Ekiga doesn't transcode from YUV to RGB.
