Andreas, I had a look into the raw MJPG file and it has a different header from what guvcview was expecting, I've commit a change to svn that should fix the problem. I've test it on your raw file and it worked, but it would be nice if you could run some tests yourself: svn checkout http://svn.berlios.de/svnroot/repos/guvcview/trunk
