Hi everybody, here's a first try at multiple streaming interfaces support. The two patches should be applied in sequence.
The driver will now create a video device per streaming terminal. The descriptors parsing code has been roughly tested, but streaming from multiple endpoints simultaneously hasn't as I don't own any multiple-streams device. MPEG2-TS isn't supported yet. Please review the code and report results on the mailing list.
