To include the device in the supported devices list, I will need the output of

lsusb -v 0c45:62f1

run on a Linux system. I will also need a report stating that the device has 
been tested and is working with the uvcvideo driver (this can just be an e-
mail stating that you've actually tested the device under Linux and that it 
works properly).

If you can't perform the tests yourself, I could take care of them with a 
device sample.
