Hi,
I have a linux application that uses the Logitech QuickCam Pro for Notebooks (vendor/device id 0469:0991). I am using openCV to grab the frame and then display it. I get 15 frames/second wih this app. If I plug this same camera into a Windows box and run the same app, I get 30 frames/second. I'm trying to understand what is causing this difference in frame rates.
Does anyone have any ideas on what could be going on?
