Yes, at least I have implemented Linux Zigbee interfaces and some number of NWK commands (FORMATION, START, DISCOVERY, SCAN etc.). We use netlink inteface for ZigBee NLME. Routing is not yet implemented. We are waiting the response from ZigBee alliance regarding licensing issues, that's the reason why this ZigBee code is not yet publicly available.
