Hi Bastian,

I may not understand well the question.

But on our side we use the embedded MAC implementation inside our 
transceiver. And "nullmac (which does nothing)" inside Contiki.
Then as an example i can use the serial driver implementation of linux 
zigbee, and sniff raw 802.15.4 frames with a 'wpan' interface under 
linux-zigbee.

Is that an expected answer ?
