Just a little bit curious, is the main development shifted to linux-net (i.e. netdev and Dave Millers net-trees)? Just wondering as I can't find any of the recent patchseries on the linux-zigbee git tree on sourceforge. Not that I would mind, as other things makes me planning/contemplating a move from the 2.6.38-branch to a 3.x-kernel anyway...
