This is a small patch for the izattach (part of the linux-zigbee userspace
tools). It enables the user to select the baudrate when communicating with
their IEEE 802.15.4 serial device. To the best of my knowledge, the only device
making use of the izattach tool for the moment is the Redbee Econotag (whose
default speed is the same as the default speed of the izattach).  However is
easy to modify the Econotag firmware to increase the baudrate of the UART.
When that happens, izattach must also communicate at the same speed.
