No, but I also use this device as sniffer/node with the jackdaw firmware.
I "think" it is possible to run the serial protocol over this and I know
some guy was working to add the serial protocol inside contiki os, so
you could use every contiki node as a linux 6lowpan node. For more
information about serial protocol, see [2]. I never heard again about
this, but it is interesting. :-)

The Econotag firmware uses this SerialV1 protocol.

A atusb device is [1] and use a at86rf231, the driver isn't mainline yet
like the serial device driver.
