Dear Carey,
The IBM publication "AS/400 International Application Development"
(SC41-5603) has all of the pre-euro AS/400 code pages used worldwide listed
in its appendix F. It includes both EBCDIC and ASCII code pages and is
generally a very useful reference for performing the task you are planning
to tackle. It is available from the AS/400 online books web site
(http://as400bks.rochester.ibm.com) and then follow the path to the online
library.
You can also get the info about where the Euro symbol was placed into the
new CCSID's from another IBM AS/400 focused web site that deals with Euro
issues (http://www.as400.ibm.com/euro/roadmap.htm).
