Hi James, When you create these RPMs are you simply doing it with a rpm -ta on our tarballs? Or are you doing something more than that? The reason I ask is that I'd like to put RPMs on our site on sourceforge for people to download. But, I'm not a Linux person, and I don't really know if the RPMs I create are correct. Are there other considerations? Like, do I have to generate different RPMs for different releases of RedHat? I'm primarily a FreeBSD user, so forgive me if this sounds naive, but, do RedHat RPMs work on other Linuxes (Slackware, Debian, etc) or are they completely separate? Thanks! _______________________________________________ This is the Linux 5250 Development Project (LINUX5250) mailing list To post a message email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/linux5250 or email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/linux5250.
