I found another program that causes my same keyboard buffer problem. In DBU sometimes the F4 and F6 don't work if I kit the key while DBU is still loading.
If I type in DBU LIB/FILE press Enter, press F4 it comes up to the file instead of the field list.
The second time, DBU loads much faster and I can't press F4 before it displays.
There must be something different about the screens. I haven't found any OS/400 menus or programs that do this.
