Well, I've been playing with RedHat9 on a server (dialing in through CygWin) and using that as my desktop for about a month. Yesterday I finally took the plunge and installed Gentoo Linux on my desktop - no more Windoze!
I've installed tn5250 and setup my .tn5250rc and .Xdefaults files. When I run xt5250 myHost, I get an X window correctly sized but with two problems: 1) None of my function keys work. (MAJOR issue) 2) All the underline (entry) fields look really strange. (not-so-major issue) Any help out there?
