Yes I can ping the machine (192.168.0.11). I am thinking it may be a SSH problem, I think webmin uses SSH. I am not using a router, I am using a switch.
I have never had a problem like this using earlier versions of RH, just since I tried Fedora. I will try some other things tonight, maybe try logging on as someone other than root.
