I guess Reflector is an old term. I'd say it goes back to dial-in BBS's and
before that VHF packet radio BBS's. In the Amateur Radio community I've still
heard them referred to as reflectors. I've also heard them called email lists.
I currently subscribe to 14 "Reflectors".
