I found that item in the in a K-Mail. But not until after reverting to
Mandrake 9.0. I'm not saying that this change made the item shou up, only
that I finally found it. I also got Konq. configured so that in File Manager
mode it retains the details list view.

I suppose I should explain that my vision is kind of weird. I don't wear
glasses when I compute, neither my regular glasses or my reading
glasses help much for computing. In addition I have always found
it tricky to locate a word or phrase in a large field. My dad used to
use the old, 'If it had teeth it would have bitten you!' when I couldn't
locate something that he wanted me to get for him. I later learned why.
My wife is an educator and she says that this problem is called either
filed dependancy or field independancy.

I think it was some people on this group who said that I should not install an
older version of Linux. But this Mandrake 9.0 installed like a breeze and
works fine. I had started with it and only changed because I had what I
thought were newer versions. I can't tell because the Mandrake site
is under construction. So I can't check to see what the latest version is.
