Yup.  The kernel provides support for mounting FAT32 filesystems
read/write and NTFS filesystems read only.  If the support is compiled
into the kernel (FAT32 is pretty standard for precompiled kernels), all
you have to do is mount the partition:

mount -t vfat /dev/hd?# /mnt/yourMountPoint
mount -t ntfs /dev/hd?# /mnt/yourMountPoint

Fill in the ?, #, and mount point as you need.  There's information in
the list's FAQ about this, I believe.
