im trying to install a plugin for gaim messenger
the plugin is a bnet protocoll that allows me to connect to the server
like i was playing diablo or starcraft or other bnet games
i cd the directory where its located in /tmp
everything was yes on ./configure run except
checking for xgettext no
checking for msmerge no
checking whether we are cross compiling no
checking whether the inttypes.h PRIxNN macros are broken no
checking for shared library run path origin../bin/sh: no such file or
directory
checking whether _snrprintf is declared ...... no
checking whether _snwrprintf is declared ...... no
checking whether fgets_unlocked is declared no
checking whether included gettext is requested no
then it says
checking for gaim .. package gaim was not found in the pkg-config
search path . Perhaps you should add the directory containing`gaim,pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH
enviroment variable no package 'gaim' found
configure:error: library requirements not (gaim) not met; consider
adjusting the PX S_CONFIG_PATH enviroment variable if your libraries
are in nonstandard prefix so pkg-config can find them
ok once that was all done...
it loaded the command (user)@liinux:/tmp/gaim-bnet-0.1.1>
soo as the instructions said i keyed in "make" without the quotes
it said make: ***no targets specified and no make file found. Stop
when i keyed in "make install"
make: ****No rule to make target `install'. Stop
if anyone who knows this program and knows what to do please im
begging HELP!!
