Here's one of the relavent lines in my /etc/fstab:
cfs:/shares/docs /mnt/docs nfs hard,rw,intr,wsize=8192,rsize=8192 0 0
The first field is the share, the second is the mount point, the third
is the filesystem type (smb in your case), the fourth is the options,
the fifth and sixth can be left as zero.
If you add a line like that in your /etc/fstab, as long as you have
network shares mounted at boot time, you should be able to connect and
have all users of the computer be able to access the share.
