No you will have to change it at the Linux side. Use Alt/F2 to open and new
window. It will require your password to be able to open the Boot file and
change the order manually.

I don't have a dell here at the house, but will try my best. During
bootup, most machines will give a memory count and some information
about the machine. They will also post on that screen something to
the effect of "Press <key> to enter setup" where <key> can be
<Delete>, <F2>, <F10> etc. Usually the screen will tell you which
one. If you miss it, immediately press <Ctrl><Alt><Delete> to restart
then try again. Inside the bios you will have a list of menu topics
you can select. I have seen the boot order under a major heading of
"Advanced Settings" "Tools" and "Boot". You might have to go through
each option in your bios to find what you want. Once you have found
the boot order, the order will either be a list or a set of options
labelled something like "First boot device:" "Second boot device:"
etc. Follow the on-screen help to determine how to change the boot
order. Without knowing your machine, that is about the best I can do.
