i have a question, I've been Wondering about for some time , seemingly i
can't find any Examples of this network setup, so i'll ask here ,
let say you walked into xyz Corp and the had 5 servers that were 2U
rack in a stack, and the ethernet Cables were daisy Chaining the servers
all together, these cables have to be Cross-Over cable i relize, and im
pretty sure one server role is a http server maybe one is a DNS server
and one is a SMTP/MAIL server one possibly is a Domain Controller but
why are they doing this ?? why do they piggy back them like that ?? why
not just put them all off a router? in this Serial Configuration if im
in another room somewhere, how do i Get to the middle Server>? does
anyone have any diagrams Of this Configuration ???
