[LINUX_Newbies] mount NIS user's pen-drive

Hi All,
   
  I configured NIS in our office.we have 20 users.Some of the users have 
pen-drive.But they can't mount their pen-drives in their local machines,
   
  Can the NIS users mount their pen-drives by their own ?  is there any way of 
manually mounting NIS users pen-drives in their machines? Please help me,
